Model Terms & Conditions
Any photos or videos you give us, belong to the website and we are free to use in any selling location without prior consent.
The profit percentage offered will change. Fashion is a fickle world. Profit margins can be huge – but then you might get stuck with 1000 tops that no one wants to buy. So, we might need to change the profit split we give you. Our mission will always to keep our customers and our partners and our suppliers happy – never ever ever keep one side happy a the expense of another – we live in an ecosystem where all men can live and be happy.
You might choose the hottest 2 items and make a zillion pounds/dollars. Or you might choose 50 items to model and only get 10 sales in a year. That’s out of our control – in control of the buyers. Be original – but at the same time have in your mind: will it sell?
Under 16? You’re more than welcome. We need mummy or daddy’s consent.
Nudity? Well that’s a tricky one. First off: no, no and no! Go somewhere else to ogle at the models. But then, we’ll also be selling bikinis and underwear. All we’ll say is that everything has to be in good taste. When we start off, we’ll vet each and every single image – but as we get bigger, we’ll rely on our customers more and more to complain and help us take immediate actions.
Paid once a month. We’ll pay you once a month on a fixed date. This will be agreed and made clear.
Returns and problems and losses and ‘something else’. You might get 100 sales. So that’s 100 profit shares you get? Not quite. You always get problems. Sometimes it’s 1 in a 100. other times it can be 20 in a 100. The problem can be a simple return – the buyer changed their mind. Or the item could be faulty. Or it can get lost in the post – or ‘something else’ – completely unpredictable! The pay you get is the net sum. So if 100 sales made and 7 returns or some other problems in total, you get paid for 93 sales. If you get paid and a problem happens 6 weeks later, then you’ll have your profit taken from the next pay. Note: this means there’s a remote chance that you could have a negative balance – in which case, you’ll need to pay us back – but we’ll give notice of this should it ever happen.
More to come – we’ll try our best to explain every point and not to make it legal jargon.
